LeadsCalc ("we", "us") provides embeddable calculators and related services. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website, products, or APIs.

Information we collect

• Account data: If you create an account (e.g. via email magic link or Google), we store your auth profile identifiers and email as provided by our authentication provider.
• Lead and report data: When a visitor submits an email to receive a PDF or unlock exports, we process that email address and calculator inputs needed to generate the report. For customers who embed our tools, we also store lead records associated with their account so they can view them in the dashboard.
• Technical data: Standard server and security logs (e.g. IP address, user agent, timestamps) may be processed for reliability, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the service (including PDF generation and email delivery).
• Deliver notifications our customers configure (for example, email alerts or HTTPS webhooks to services like Zapier or Make) when permitted by their subscription plan.
• Authenticate users, enforce plan limits, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage as needed to keep you signed in (for example, session cookies from our authentication provider). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on core product flows. If you add marketing or analytics tools later, you should disclose them here and obtain consent where required.

How we protect data

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers and restrict access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to follow reasonable industry practices.

Service providers

We use subprocessors to run the product, including for example:

• Database and authentication (e.g. Supabase)
• Transactional email (e.g. Resend)
• Hosting and deployment (e.g. Vercel or similar)

Payment processing (e.g. Stripe), when enabled, is handled by the payment provider under their terms and privacy policy.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of their account subject to legal and operational constraints.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@leadscalc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

LeadsCalc is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
